Ravenstone is a delightful country hotel with lots of character, including an open wooden staircase and large wooden fire surrounds. The hotel is set in over 2 acres of its own grounds, much of it being mature woodland. There is ample car parking facilities and spectacular views over Bassenthwaite Lake and open countryside.
You will find the hotel warm and welcoming with appetising traditional home cooking, just as you have been use to, and everything you need to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible.
All 20 bedrooms have en-suite facilities, some with a bathroom and some with a shower room. There is a comfortable and spacious guest lounge where you can relax throughout the day in front of a roaring open fire. The bar is well stocked and the games room, with a full size snooker table, pool table and table tennis table, is ready for your challenge.
